CEO counterparts for a discussion about:

  • How to increase membership in a world where the number of
    potential members is contracting/consolidating;
  • Innovative ways to increase meeting attendance in a
    challenging economic environment;
  • Creative ways to increase non-dues revenue; and,
  • Tips/tricks for dealing with a difficult board member.
  • Other topics you would like to add to the agenda.

This event is a great opportunity to network and obtain/share ideas for tackling

tough issues facing many CEO’s in the association community. 

 

Facilitator:

The discussion will be facilitated by management consultant, speaker, author and business growth expert Kordell Norton, CSP.  Norton works with associations who want to jump start their membership and improve retention.  His clients include: The Ohio Automobile Dealers Association, Precision Metalforming Association, The Plumbing-Heating and Air-conditioning Association, The Transformer Association, The Home Builders of Grand Rapids Association, Midwest Sign Association, and others.

CEOs from Trade Association & Individual Membership Societies

NOTE:  While this event is targeted to the organization’s CEO,

each CEO may register an additional executive staff member if desired.
